• Records will only be issued if payment has been made.
• Applications take a minimum of 3 working days to process. At times of peak demand, delays may be expected.
• Payment is required within 14 days from the invoice date.
• For records to be collected by a third party, the applicant must provide written authorisation.
• Applicants and authorised third parties must provide photographic identification at the time of collection.

Statements will not be released if you have outstanding fees, fines, or charges.
